The staff were super cool and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And talk about location goals - we were just a short stroll away from the amazing night market and conveniently close to the ATM. Plus, the local mosque's prayer calls acted as our built-in wake up call, so no need to set alarms!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening party scene at the hotel. Don't get us wrong, the chill vibes and comfy rooms were awesome, but we wouldn't have minded some extra fun activities for young people like us.

the breakfast was great with a variety of freshly cooked dishes to choose from. the location was central, close to shops and nice restaurants. Our room was comfortable, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. We could request a quiet room on the higher floors. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering a limited but reliable knowledge of the city's attractions. Karaoke enthusiasts can enjoy the hotel's karaoke room, while casino lovers can visit a nearby casino.
Not everyone in the reception spoke English fluently.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location near the center of Mandalay was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the option to make tea and coffee in the room. The wi-fi in the room was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected. The hotel also had a dining restaurant that served delicious meals. I was very satisfied with my stay here.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mandalay. The hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a luxurious stay.

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The traditional Myanmar artwork and intricate details added a touch of elegance. The comfortable seating areas in the lobby were perfect for relaxation, and as a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel's facilities. It was a joy to admire the lovely decor as I made my way around the hotel.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is improved signage or clearer directions within the hotel. Sometimes it was a bit confusing to navigate through the different areas, especially for someone like me who is not as familiar with technology as the younger generation.

Great Deal, Nice Rooms and Delicious Breakfast!
The hotel was a great deal with nice rooms and a delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the local markets and attractions. I also enjoyed the friendly staff who were always willing to help out with any questions or requests.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the staff had poor communication skills, which made it difficult to properly understand their suggestions and plans.

This hotel was a great find. the room furniture and bathroom were of great quality and the decoration was very pleasing. the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great variety of Western and Asian food with eggs to order. the location was perfect, with shops, the market, and the Palace within walking distance.
The AC in the rooms was loud, and if turned off, it became extremely hot. the mini-fridge did not work very well.
